Insights Session – Around Your Business in 60 Minutes

At the Sage partner conference, Insights, I will be hosting a session entitled, Around Your Business in 60 Minutes (GEN49), on Monday, May 17 at 1:15.

The goal of this session is to give you access to experts in the categories of sales, marketing, leadership and the customer experience.  Each of our topic experts will share with you the most impactful things you can do to create successful results in these areas.

In an effort to make this session as valuable to you as possible, I am posting the session abstract and inviting all registrants to share their ideas and questions ahead of time so we can address them in the session:

Here’s your chance to spend 60 minutes with a panel of experts on the key areas of your business including marketing, sales, the customer experience and leadershipJoin our panelists Dan Kraus from Leading Results; Julia Stegman, VP Installed Base, Sage ; Doug Meyer, Chief  Customer Officer Sage; and Yacov Wrocherinsky, Infinity Info Systems Corp, as they take you “around your business” and share three business ideas that will help to grow your business. Plus, we’ll have a “Stump the Expert” Q&A to wrap up this 60 minute session.

Question: If you could leave this session with one piece of information, new skill or new tool that would make it worthwhile (maybe even pay for the conference!), what would it be? Also let me know if you have specific questions you’d like answered at the session.  Please post your response below.

  1. I need to know about maintaining a good customer experience in a period of growth. Specifically how do you manage and control the customer experience when you get too big to be personally in charge of all aspects of it? How do you motivate other people to care about the quality of the customer experience.

    • Great question! This is exactly what Doug Meyer, our Chief Customer Officer, will address in his discussion – how you create a culture of customer excellence throughout your organization.
